IDI offers a very competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, long-term care, and disability coverage.
What is IDI’s commitment to work-life balance?
At IDI, we understand that life is larger than simply work. We support our employees’ need for balance in several ways:
- Employees may participate in a Flexible Hours Program with manager approval
- Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, staff may take advantage of shorter “Summer Hours”
- In addition to a robust paid-time-off program, employees are allowed to purchase paid-time-off days
- Wearing jeans is permissible on Fridays
Does IDI offer continuing education options?
IDI has a tuition reimbursement program and an environment that supports continuing education.
Does IDI have a Mentoring Program?
IDI has a formal Mentoring Program. Employees are eligible to participate once they have been with the company for one year.
Do managers at IDI provide feedback in the form of performance appraisals?
IDI management conducts performance reviews twice annually. New employees are also provided a performance evaluation after the conclusion of their first 90 days of employment.
What is the charitable and community support program and what does it include?
Charitable and Community Support provides an employee several ways to support charitable organizations of their choice. The Matching Gifts program matches donations to charitable organizations with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3). IDI will also support fundraising and leadership opportunities for employees. Finally, employees may take up to five “volunteer days” per year to volunteer at organizations of their choice.
What are IDI’s commitments to the environment?
IDI supports a Ride Share Program that motivates employees to carpool, vanpool, walk, bike or take public transportation to work. Please see the Sustainability section of the website for more information about our initiatives.
Where are IDI’s offices?
IDI is headquartered in Atlanta and has eight (8) development and property management offices around the country. These offices are located in Atlanta, Georgia; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Memphis, Tennessee; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cincinnati, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; and Los Angeles, California.
