

Jay is Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer responsible for implementing development and acquisition strategies for the Atlanta market. The market, which also includes Savannah, GA, as well as the Carolinas, has developed 16 million square feet of both speculative and build-to-suit facilities.
Jay is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Georgia chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Gary’s responsibilities include overseeing the due diligence and closing of land acquisitions, master planning, site development, vertical building development, tenant construction and the support of final dispositions of speculative and build-to-suit projects, as well as assisting with the marketing of properties in the Atlanta Region. During his tenure at IDI, Gary has successfully developed several business parks in the Atlanta, Savannah, South Florida and New Jersey markets totaling more than 16 million square feet and more than 2,100 acres of land. He has managed projects ranging in size from 150,000 square feet to 870,000 square feet that have accommodated tenants/owners such as Nike, Office Depot, Mary Kay, American Express, Mizuno, Daimler and FedEx.
Gary is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
As Vice President of Construction for the Atlanta office, Gill is responsibile for overall project management for site development, building construction and tenant construction, establishing and monitoring construction and development budgets and schedules, and managing construction and consultant contracts. To date, Gill has been directly involved in the construction of more than 10 million square feet of industrial buildings and various tenant projects and has completed build-to-suit facilities for multiple clients throughout North America.
Gill holds the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional designation, which signifies that he is proficient in the design, planning and engineering principals used to facilitate LEED development.
Lisa is responsible for the leasing and marketing of IDI’s Metro Atlanta development portfolio, encompassing more than 600 acres of land for development and 2.2 million square feet of existing facilities. During her tenure, she has leased more than 13 million square feet of IDI and third-party institutional-grade industrial facilities with a total lease value in excess of $440 million. Since 1997, Lisa has been consistently ranked among the top five industrial producers in Georgia by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). In 2000 and 2001, Lisa was the top producer in Georgia, with annual transaction volumes of $56 million and $60 million respectively.
Lisa is on the Board of Directors for NAIOP- Georgia Chapter, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and an active member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
As Leasing and Development Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for the marketing of the metro Atlanta development portfolio and promoting the local office among the real estate community. A core function of Jennifer’s position is to research incentives and features that will increase the marketability of the parks and facilities within the local portfolio. In addition, Jennifer helps the team with prospect-related projects and provides assistance during the development process.
Jennifer holds a Georgia Real Estate License, sits on the NAIOP Future Leaders’ Executive Board, is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Young Council of Realtors, and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.
A 25-year real estate veteran, Brian oversees IDI’s property management portfolio in the Atlanta and Philadelphia regions, which includes approximately 18 million square feet of industrial space in metro Atlanta, Savannah, New Jersey and Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Brian is a past local president and current member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
As Real Estate Manager for the Atlanta office, Phyllis is responsible for the management of 3.5 million square feet of industrial properties and four owners associations. Her duties include addressing tenant concerns, responding to owners’ requests, and the day-to-day management of properties, which includes interacting with contractors, financial reporting, budgeting, and reviewing and approving common area maintenance reconciliations.
Susi is responsible for the management and daily operations of15 million square feet of properties in the Atlanta Region, which includes third-party and IDI-owned buildings. Susi’s 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Accountant has provided her with the expertise needed to understand the financial expectations owners have for their properties.
Susi is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
As Senior Building Services Engineer, Billy oversees the operations of 18 million square feet of industrial space in the Atlanta Region. His responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations of all building systems, including fire protection, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing systems. Billy brought nearly 20 years experience in office and industrial maintenance to IDI when he joined the company and was instrumental in helping establish the Engineering Program for the company’s Eastern Region.
