IDI

Tom, who joined IDI in 1989, is Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer in charge of overseeing development and acquisition activities in the Chicago area, Salt Lake City, and Ontario, Canada. Since joining IDI, Tom has been responsible for the development of more than 2000 acres of land in 18 business parks, along with approximately 23 million square feet of industrial and office facilities.

Tom is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

As Vice President of Leasing and Development, Jeff is responsible for overseeing the development of speculative and build-to-suit facilities in the Chicago Region and in Salt Lake City. His development duties include sales, marketing, design and construction. In his tenure of more than 15 years with IDI, Jeff has developed and managed the design and construction of projects totaling more than 10 million square feet, ranging from mid-rise office buildings to distribution warehouses.

Jeff is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and frequently participates in local Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) events. Jeff also participates in numerous IDI action committees, and has chaired several Construction Managers meetings.

As Vice President of Leasing and Development in IDI’s Chicago Region, Jeff is responsible for the development and management of IDI-owned land estates in the I-55 and I-80 submarkets of Chicago, as well as in Ontario, Canada. He also oversees all aspects of land and building development, including leasing, sales, marketing, design and construction. 

Jeff, who has more than 25 years of experience in construction and development, has overseen the development of more than 8 million square feet of warehouse/distribution facilities for IDI and has managed the design-build construction of more than 12 million square feet of warehouse distribution and office facilities.

As Vice President of Leasing and Development, John is responsible for overseeing the development of speculative and build-to-suit facilities. His development duties include sales, marketing, design and construction.
 

Maggie is responsible for managing more than 8 million square feet of industrial real estate. Her current responsibilities include managing client relationships, retaining tenants and overseeing property conditions. Maggie is known for her ability to handle the rapidly changing client requirements without missing deadlines or sacrificing quality.

Maggie is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
