

Ken joined IDI in 1994 and oversees all development activities in IDI’s Cincinnati Region. He and his team are responsible for land procurement, development, leasing, sales and acquisitions in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. In 2008, Ken led IDI’s sponsorship of the Japan-Kentucky Cultural Exchange Program through Vision 2015 of Northern Kentucky. He has performed committee work for the Encore Youth Theater program and served on its Exchange Program Committee to facilitate student exchange activity between the U.S. and Scotland. He also serves on a number of committees and on the board of directors of the Greater Hamilton Civic Theatre.
Ken is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he served on an Infrastructure and Environment Subcommittee focused on brownfield re-development. He also has served on the County Engineer’s Transportation Planning Subcommittee for Butler County, OH, and on the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Business/Government Exchange Committee and on its Transportation Subcommittee.
As Vice President of Leasing for IDI’s Cincinnati Region, Doug is responsible for speculative real estate leasing, built-to-suit lease negotiation and client relations for multi-faceted commercial and industrial development projects. Since coming to IDI, Doug has leased more than 9 million square feet of space valued at more than $150 million.
Doug is currently a Board Member of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Executive Advisory Committee. In the past, he has served as an instructor of Real Estate Finance in the College of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati, and taught the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) Developing for the New Century course. He also was a Board Member of the NAIOP Cincinnati Chapter and a member of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable.
As Vice President of Construction in IDI’s Cincinnati Region, Ben is responsible for all site and building development, including the planning, design and construction of IDI's speculative and build-to-suit projects.
Carla is responsible for overseeing the management of the Cincinnati district’s 10.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio. Equipped with 15 years of experience, Carla’s expertise is in institutional quality management, construction management and real estate tax.
Carla is active in the leadership of the IREM Greater Cincinnati & Dayton Chapter, for which she served as the 2008 Chapter President. She is also a membership of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable.
As Assistant Real Estate Manager, Julie’s responsibilities included the management of the Port Union portfolio of properties totaling 1.4 million square feet. In addition, she supported the real estate management functions on all operating properties.
She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
