

As Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer, Doug is responsible for directing IDI’s development activities in the Texas markets of Dallas and Houston. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of IDI’s Dallas office, he oversees development, acquisitions and leasing throughout the market. During Doug’s tenure, IDI has become the leading developer of quality, high-performance distribution facilities in the metro Dallas area and in 2009 received a Landmark Award from the Houston Business Journal for its first project in Houston, Greenspoint Business Center.
Doug is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). In 1995, he was voted to the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and in 2004 was chosen as President of the chapter. Doug remains active with the chapter on the Board of Directors and is chairperson of several committees. He also is an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and past board member of the Plano Economic Developers Council and Dallas Area Economic Development Association.
As Vice President of Marketing for IDI’s Dallas Region, John handles all of the leasing of IDI properties in the Dallas market. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
As Vice President of Construction, David is responsible for the horizontal and vertical development of land estates, building and tenant improvements, and the support of the Regional Development Officer in the Dallas Region.
David is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Ben joined IDI in 2007 as a Development Analyst responsible for assisting the Regional Development Officer, the Vice President of Leasing and Vice President of Construction. In March 2009, he took on representation of IDI in the Houston market, including all operations at Greenspoint Business Center, IDI’s Class-A business park in North Houston. In addition to his ongoing role with the Dallas market office development team, Ben represents Greenspoint Business Center to the brokerage community and works closely with construction and property managers at the site. As part of IDI’s goal of increasing its presence in Houston, Ben also researches investment opportunities, including potential land and building acquisitions in the metro area’s top submarkets.
Ben is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the Southern Methodist University Real Estate Society.
Kelli manages more than 15 million square feet of IDI-developed property and several third-party facilities in Texas in her current position as Vice President of Real Estate Management. In addition to managing day-to-day operations and tenant relations, she manages nine property management employees and is actively involved in green initiatives across IDI’s property management portfolio. In 2008, Kelli was instrumental in opening the Houston management office to oversee the facilities in that market.
Kelli is a Committee Chairperson for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and a member of the following industry organizations: Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), IREM, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), National Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
As Real Estate Manager in the Dallas office, Debbie is responsible for overseeing 2.7 million square feet of industrial space.
As Building Services Engineer, Dale is responsible for building and property maintenance, tenant service calls, fire system maintenance, HVAC maintenance, service scheduling and construction management (second- and third-generation spaces) for all of the Dallas market properties. In addition, he is responsible for all properties managed by IDI for DCT Industrial Trust in Dallas/Ft. Worth
Dale has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) since 2006.
