

As Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer for IDI’s Ft. Lauderdale office, Scott oversees all development activities in Central and South Florida. During his tenure at IDI, he has successfully leased more than 10 million square feet of space with a value of more than $500 million, and directed the development of more than 4 million square feet in the state of Florida. Scott is responsible for directing the region’s sustainable development initiatives, which includes seven projects totaling more than 1 million square feet designed to receive LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
Scott is on the Board of Directors for the South Florida and Georgia Chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Broward Alliance, the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, the City of Sunrise Chamber of Commerce, the Ft. Lauderdale Community Appearance Board and the Miramar Chamber of Commerce. He also is President of the Transplant Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides support to organ transplant patients. In addition, Scott is a fundraiser and Committee Member of the Schiff Liver Institute at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
Larry is responsible for the day-to-day leasing of all IDI developed, owned and managed properties in Florida – a portfolio consisting of approximately 4.5 million square feet with more than 360 acres of developable land.
He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Broward County Economic Development Council.
As Vice President of Construction, Joe is responsible for the overall management of building projects, including new development, build-to-suit and tenant-improvement construction throughout South Florida.
As Vice President of Construction in IDI’s Orlando office, Greg is responsible for managing all base building, build-to-suit and tenant improvement construction projects in IDI’s Central Florida Region. Greg holds the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional designation, which signifies that he is proficient in the design, planning and engineering principals used to facilitate LEED® development.
Anthony “Tony” Moonen joined IDI in June of 2001 and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IDI’s industrial parks in Florida. His management objectives are to minimize expenses without sacrificing quality, and to balance both tenant and landlord needs. In 2003, IDI’s Weston Business Center, a property managed by Tony, was awarded Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) local and regional “TOBY” award for best office industrial park. In addition, Tony won the Property Manager of the Year award in 2005 from BOMA of South Florida.
He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP).
