

Kurt is responsible for directing IDI’s development activities in the Memphis and Nashville markets. With a focus on high-quality building standards and innovation, IDI has established a reputation as a leading developer in the Memphis market, producing more than 20 million square feet since 1989. Kurt directed IDI’s expansion into the Nashville market at Wilson Commerce Center, where IDI has developed one Class-A facility of 556,600 square feet and plans to develop a total of 1.8 milllion square feet.
He is a Developer Associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a member of the Lambda Alpha honorary society for land economics and a board member of the Memphis Commercial Real Estate Owners Association (CREOA).
Tim is responsible for the leasing of both IDI-owned development properties and third-party-owned buildings in the Memphis market, which includes Memphis, TN, DeSoto County, MS, and West Memphis, AR.
As Vice President of Construction, Rob oversees all construction activities from due diligence through project sale. Since joining IDI in 1990, Rob has managed the construction of projects totaling more than 22 million square feet in the Memphis, Cincinnati and Dallas regions.
As Vice President of Real Estate Management for the Memphis Region, Mary Leesa directs the management of more than 13 million square feet of operating properties in Memphis, Tennessee; Southaven, Mississippi; Olive Branch, Mississippi and Marion, Arkansas.
Mary Leesa is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) – Memphis Chapter, where she held the position of Secretary in 2004 and 2005 and served as Chairman of the Awards Committee in 2007. She is also a member of Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI)
A third-generation “Memphian,” Connie is currently responsible for the management of the DCT Industrial Trust and JP Morgan portfolios consisting of more than 4.3 million square feet in the Memphis area. Connie is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
As Senior Building Services Engineer, Ray is responsible for maintaining efficient operations of all building systems, including fire protection, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing systems in the Memphis market. Ray brought 23 years of prior experience in office and industrial maintenance to IDI, a signficant reason whey he was instrumental in helping establish the Engineering Program for the company’s Eastern and Western regions.
