As Senior Vice President, Regional Development Officer, Frank is responsible for all development activities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Baltimore-Washington, D.C. He is a member of the American Real Estate Society (ARES), the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

As Vice President of Development, David is responsible for underwriting physical aspects of development projects and the oversight of due diligence, design, entitlement and construction activities in the Philadelphia market.

As Development Director, Paul’s responsibilities include development feasibility analysis, site underwriting and procurement, cost management, and the marketing of all projects in IDI’s Philadelphia Region.
