
IDI Closes an Additional 390,620 Square Feet with PFSweb
Atlanta (April 15, 2005) -- IDI, a national full-service industrial real estate development firm, has leased an additional 390,620 square feet of space to PFSweb, at Airways Distribution Center, Building D. PFSweb already occupies 602,500 square feet in an adjacent building.
An outsourcing provider of business-process and logistics solutions to manufacturers and retailers, PFSweb will use this newest space for management, customer service and distribution services.
Tim Moore, vice president of leasing for the Memphis region, represented IDI and Wyatt Aiken with Commercial Advisors represented PFSweb.
Located close to the Mississippi and Tennessee border, Airways Distribution Center is conveniently located near Interstate 55 and Memphis International Airport.
