IDI Services Group Secures 2,152,592 Square Feet Under Contracts

Atlanta (May 5, 2005) -- IDI Services Group, the property management subsidiary of national real estate developer IDI, has been awarded three new property management assignments.

IDI Services Group (IDISG) will manage a 1,452,500-square-foot portfolio, consisting of six buildings located in Suwannee, Ga., for the Estate of James Campbell. Verra Coppedge, senior real estate manager in the Atlanta regional office of IDISG, played a key role in obtaining the assignment.

For property in Salt Lake City, Utah, IDISG Senior Real Estate Manager Margaret Hagan in IDI’s Chicago office retained a 177,592-square-foot contract with EJM Development, the new owner of the property.

And in Cincinnati, Carla Crabtree, IDISG senior real estate manager, secured a contract with UPS Supply Chain Solutions to manage 522,500 square feet in Building K at Park West International.
