Weston, FL (January 25, 2008) -- American Express Travel Related Services Co. has signed a multi-year renewal of its lease at IDI’s Weston Business Center in Weston, Fla. The company has occupied the entire 224,650-square-foot Weston Building B for the past 10 years.

Located at 2965 Weston Road, Building B features 30-foot clear-height ceilings, 34 dock doors and an early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinkler system. American Express Travel Related Services Co. uses the building as a processing center.

Harry Tangalakis of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the deal, and Larry Dinner, vice president of leasing in IDI’s Fort Lauderdale office, represented IDI.

Approximately 10 miles west of Fort Lauderdale, IDI’s Weston Business Center provides direct access to Interstate 75 and features six Class-A industrial warehouse buildings. Other tenants at the fully leased business park include Royal Caribbean Cruises and Office Depot.
