IDI’s Dispositions division directly markets and sells buildings in the IDI development pipeline as well as buildings jointly owned in various ownership structures. Since IDI’s inception, the Dispositions division has marketed and sold over $3 billion of industrial buildings to an impressive list of Institutional, REIT and Private Equity buyers.
