IDI Closes 259,200-SF Lease with Midwest Air Technologies (Sep 5, 2008; IDI, a full-service industrial real estate developer, has closed a five-year, 259,200-square-foot lease with Midwest Air Technologies at Skyline Trade Center. A manufacturer and distributor with a diverse line of products, Midwest Air Technologies is scheduled to move into Building C at IDI’s master-planned business park in November 2008.
ZF Marine Leases 62,552-SF at Miramar Centre (Aug 8, 2008; IDI, a full-service industrial real estate company, has closed a 10-year, 62,552-square-foot lease at Miramar Centre Business Park in South Florida with ZF Marine LLC. The estimated effective lease date is January 1, 2009.
Bolingbrook IV Achieves LEED® Certification (Jul 25, 2008; IDI is the first industrial real estate developer in the Chicago market to achieve the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for a speculative warehouse/distribution facility. The 102,936-square-foot Building IV at Bolingbrook Corporate Center recently received Silver-level certification.
IDI to Develop 617,760-SF Distribution Center in Lancaster, Texas (Jul 25, 2008; Marking its entry into the South Dallas industrial submarket, IDI - a full service industrial real estate developer - has acquired a prime 35-acre site for the development of Interstate Commerce Center South, a 617,760-square-foot distribution facility. Strategically positioned at the intersection of Interstates 20 and 35 in Lancaster, Texas, the project is currently in the engineering, design and permitting stage.
IDI's Tampa Facility Designed to Receive LEED® Certification (Jun 25, 2008; Madison Business Center Building D, a 146,825-square-foot warehouse and distribution center, is the first industrial facility in the Tampa area designed to receive the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certification. The facility is expected to receive certification upon completion in second-quarter 2009. Currently in the design phase, construction on the facility is expected to begin in September 2008.
