IDI Opens Largest LEED-Certified Building in the Southeast - Jun 4, 2008 – Crossroads Distribution Center Building F, an 800,308-square-foot warehouse and distribution center near Memphis, has received recognition as a LEED Silver-certified building by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). It is the largest industrial space to receive LEED certification in the Southeast and the first certification for an IDI facility.
Bunzl Leases 83,107 SF in Salt Lake City - May 19, 2008 – IDI, a full-service industrial real estate company, has closed an 83,107-square-foot lease in Salt Lake City with Bunzl Utah, a division of St. Louis-based Bunzl Distribution, a supplier of food-service supplies and packaging, and various cleaning and safety products.
Interstate Commerce Center Receives Foreign Trade Zone Status - May 12, 2008 – The recent granting of Foreign Trade Zone status to 340 acres of prime industrial land in West Memphis, Ark., paves the way for a significant warehouse and distribution project planned by Industrial Developments International (IDI).
IDI Closes Two Leases in Dallas Totaling 260,000 SF - Apr 21, 2008 – IDI, a full-service industrial real estate company, has closed a 185,825-square-foot lease with Maxxis International and a 74,000-square-foot lease with Honeywell International Inc. at Dallas/Fort Worth area business parks.
Candy Maker Leases 70,000 SF at Park West International - Apr 18, 2008 – Perfetti Van Melle USA Inc., a subsidiary of the Italy-based candy and gum manufacturer, has signed a five-year lease with IDI to occupy 70,000 square feet of space at the developer’s Park West International business park in Hebron, Ky., south of downtown Cincinnati.
Whole Foods Leases 72,000 SF at IDI's Pompano Business Center - Apr 4, 2008 – IDI, a full-service industrial real estate company, has closed a 10-year, 71,754-square-foot lease with Whole Foods, the upscale retailer of natural and organic foods. Building M at Pompano Business Center in Pompano Beach, Fla., will serve as Whole Foods’ new South Florida distribution center.
American Tire Signs Two Leases with IDI in Tampa and Miramar, Fla. - Mar 24, 2008 – IDI, a full-service industrial real estate developer, has closed two leases totaling 291,659 square feet with American Tire Distributors at business parks in Tampa and Miramar, Fla. The distributor of tires, wheels and related products will use the facilities to distribute its products to retail dealers across South and Central Florida. Both leases take effect July 1.
